July is National Relationships Month and Reminds Us True Health Includes Connection

From our gut health to nervous system, how we sleep, how we handle uncertainty...our relationships impact every aspect of our health.
Yet traditional healthcare rarely--if ever--asks us about the quality of our relationships. And forget about getting any sort of tips on how to communicate with partners, how to navigate different attachment styles, or setting boundaries!
Read our latest blog to learn more about how relationships impact our health.
